She Shines Signature Green Smoothie
A simple recipe that combines powerhouse ingredients to nourish your body, 
boost your energy, and support hormonal harmony!


Ingredients:
  • 2 giant handfuls of spinach (the more, the better!!)
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1/8 cup whole flaxseeds (can use more!)
  • 1 handful frozen pineapple or mango
  • Water (enough to reach your desired consistency)
  • Ice (optional)
Instructions:
  1. Add all ingredients into a blender. (I love the Vitamix blender!)
  2. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  3. Pour into your favorite glass, sip, and shine!
